It’s a new year so it’s time for some new goals. I LOVE goal setting. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with my success rate (so far), but I really enjoy it and I love looking back at my goals for the past year too.
I was hesitant to do this video and post because I feel like it kind of makes me sound pretentious or big-headed, but at the same time, if I’ve found a method that works for me, why wouldn’t I share it with you all? So, here we are.

In terms of absolute essentials for goal success, I would say the following are needed:
- A timeline of goals
- Sub goals to feed into the overall goal (could be KPIs!)
- Tactics to achieve the sub goals
- Review periods
- Time to actually complete the tactics
- Accountability, determination and resiliance.
